Subscriptions: renew automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, contact us within 14 days and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
